Why BioBench?

You currently operate a biogas plant, or want to operate a biogas plant in the future. Of course, you have already familiarised yourself with the details of your system’s technology and process, use a sensible substrate mix and run your biogas and electricity production as efficiently as possible.

But can you be sure that you have achieved maximum efficacy and efficiency? Are you sure that you have optimised everything, that there is nothing more you can do to increase your biogas output? Anaerobic fermentation processes have the major advantage that they almost always produce biogas. There is however a downside: optimum biogas production only takes place within a very narrow parameter window.

BioBench helps you to identify the optimum settings for your plant. Two aspects are critically important. First of all, we want to help you to control the significant flow of data and secondly, allow you to analyse it so that you can operate your biogas plant more reliably and effectively.

The results of all the analyses are used for your sole and individual benefit. Our motto is: “To help customers take effective action against the background of their own plant situations”.

In addition, we help you to save time and reduce costs. Read on for more details of how BioBench works.
